Outlaw Agility Logo We have revised and formalized our class structure and attendant rules.  Your participation in classes signifies your intent to follow these rules and policies. Outlaw Agility class held on Tuesday evenings at Northampton, PA indoor horse arena begin at 7:15 PM. Outlaw Agility classes held on Wednesday evenings at Northampton, PA indoor horse arena:  7:15 PM      Beginner II/Intermediate 8:30 PM      Advanced/Excellent Outlaw Agility Clicker Training/Introduction to Agility classes at Hope Lock Kennel begin at 6:15 PM on Thursdays from May through October. Class size will be limited and those students who pay for a 6 week session in full ($110) at the start of a session will have first priority to a working slot in their appropriate class.  If there is any space left in each class beyond those fully paid students, drop-ins may occur.  Late Attendance, Set-up, Take-down:   Students arriving late for class and therefore not helping with equipment set up will not be allowed to run their dog for the first course sequence unless previously notifying Cheryl Weeks (908-892-5870) or Jean Crouthamel (267- 374-0295) of their late attendance. Students in the 8:30 PM class must stay to assist in taking down agility equipment. No-Show Policy: Fully paid students are required to notify Cheryl Weeks one day prior to class (no later than Tuesday morning) if you will not be attending class on Wednesday.  Drop In Policy: 1. Anyone interested in drop in status must notify Cheryl Weeks with their contact coordinates. 2. When a fully paid student notifies Cheryl Weeks of their inability to attend class, Cheryl will notify the first person on the drop in list of the opening and they will have first choice of attendance at class.  If the first person on the drop in list is unable to attend, the second person on the list will be notified. Crating: All dogs must be in owner-provided crates when not working.  All dogs must be under control at all times.  Dogs who bark constantly and distract working dogs must be kept in their car until their run.  Clean up after your dog is required.  There is a garbage can in the arena for disposal. Parking: Please park vehicles along hill to your right as you enter the driveway or around center grass island.  Do not block driveways or horse trailers. General: Those individuals not currently running their dog are requested to quickly assist in changing jump heights when necessary so as not delay and waste class time.  Classes will not run more than one hour, so be respectful of other students and assist in keeping class on time. Class Cancellations:  Classes held in Northampton, PA indoor horse arena are rarely cancelled and only if the temperature is goes below 25 degrees in the winter.  Classes held in the outdoor field at Hope Lock Kennel are subject to rain cancellations. All participants will be emailed or called prior to cancellation. If there is a question if class is to be cancelled, please call Cheryl at 908-892-5870 for verification prior to leaving for class.
